The cell culture medium production base of Sichuan Kazor Biotechnology Co., Ltd. has a workshop area of 2,300 square meters. The design drawings of the production workshop have been reviewed by a well-known domestic design company and meet regulatory requirements. The factory facilities and public engineering equipment are constructed in accordance with GMP standards. The overall decoration of the production site will be completed in July 2025. The annual production capacity is nearly 100,000 liters, with a single batch capacity of 500L. The production lines are equipped with high-quality domestic fully automatic production equipment, Grade B automatic filling workshops, and stainless steel liquid preparation systems that support online cleaning CIP (Clean-in-Place) and online sterilization SIP (Sterilization-in-Place ). The filling system supports online environmental monitoring and online weighing, effectively ensuring that the entire production process complies with GMP guidelines and sterile formulation regulations. The packaging process is mechanized assembly line packaging, and it also has a wide range of liquid product packaging specifications to meet customers' diverse needs.
